Construction and operation of a 9,500 square metre covered distribution centre supplying building materials in bulk to contractors and developers in Damascus and its countryside.
Project overview
The centre comprises covered warehouses, open storage yards, and a handling area equipped with overhead cranes, serving import and wholesale operations for building materials, sanitary equipment, and hardware.
Internal circulation was designed to accommodate heavy trucks without crossing loading routes, with an electronic inventory system linking the warehouses to the sales office and shortening order preparation time.
