Civil and electrical execution of a 2×25 MVA transformer substation, including overhead feeders, underground cabling, and protection and control systems.
Project overview
The scope covered full civil works for the substation building, transformer foundations, and oil containment pits, in addition to the installation, termination, and testing of electrical equipment at 66 kV and 20 kV.
Earthing and lightning-protection works were executed to international specifications, and the substation was handed over after passing commissioning tests and the client’s final acceptance protocols.
